Leather wind deflector and gear knob

I have leather wind deflector (the gimp one) for my E85. Never used it so I'm thinking of selling it to fund other bits. How much do these tend to go for realistically? No marks, or holes etc. I can see there 4 straps, and two extra loops but nothing's attached. Just put it on and it doesn't move at all with the 4 attached so can only guess that's all it's meant to have.

My other question is about gear knobs. I have a 5 speed 2.5. And I really fancy a nice weighted gear knob. Suggestions? I'd like opinions as some pictures on eBay etc are probably very questionable in terms of actual quality when you receive them!

Coupe owner here so no help on the wind deflector, but the general consensus is the BMW ZHP gear knob.

I meant to get one, but then I was only keeping the car a year. 2.5 years on and it's still on the list.

I had and sold the leather 'gimp mask' wind deflector for £80 last year.

As far as gear knobs, the ZHP is superb. Also worth looking at is http://www.storm-motorwerks.com/interior/bmw/shift_knobs_v1/

+1 for storm motorways v1 gear knob, fitted one 2 weeks ago and carried out cdv delete....very impressed with the feel and smoother gear changes...my original was ZHP knob,v1 is better imo,is a bit cold tho lol :)

I've experienced a metal gear knob as I had a Ford puma and I can tell you it's not a great experience when it's cold!

Zhp all the way. I have one. Looks and feels great.

X2 on that although I didn't have a ford puma, it was too cold in the winter and made me feel a total bell##d driving around in gloves
in the end I kept a glove on the gear stick and the other one in the glove box, so it would be a ZHP every day for me

+1 on the metal knob. I had a puma, I used to cover it with one of them little woolly hats that you could get with Innocent Smoothies.

+2 on the metal knobs.

My wife's car is a DS3 with a metal topped knob and metal encased lower steering wheel, both have been way too cold to the touch over the last few weeks and she has kept a glove over the gear stick recently.

ZHP here and love it!!
