I've got some experience in this. My beige interior had the same thing going on. First, dying the affected area didn't help much. Second, if your car is out of warranty then it will really be expensive let alone the leather wouldn't match up with the other leather parts. Last, you gotta start getting into your car differently: sit down at hard angle relative to the steering wheel getting your bum on the seat without rubbing the bolster(or rubbing slightly), then swivel to get into the proper driving position.
