Leather restoration and maintenance

Looking to fix the leather in my Zed, worn bolster and cleaning, maintaining etc.

Interior is Walk Nappa Individual Leather, two tone Anthracite and Silverstone.

Gliptone said they need colour codes of leather. BMW have told me they can't obtain individual codes and have given me an N5 code but surely each colour will have its own code?

Anyone have any ideas how to move forward with this?
 
I just gave Gliptone the colour name on my and the match was perfect. Can highly recommend there products they covered the scuffs on my leather perfectly.
