I have done a few with the furniture clinic kit now, great stuff.
The Z3 I did took me around 5 hours from start to finish.
You could just buy the kit, clean it all using their cleaner, then sponge on the dye and see if you're happy with the results.
But well worth doing it properly, it will look like new.

Thanks firebobby. I will have a ganders and get a kit on order.
First step is cleaning the seats properly. I am going to try the AG leather cleaner. It seems well reviewed.

I'm quite sure you have the champagne leather like I do, just put your VIN on a vin decoder and you'll get the code you need. You'll find Furniture Clinic already has a colour matched kit for your leather:

Nope, it was a perfect match! Just take it easy and do very light coats and keep adding coatings as required. You'll achieve a perfect match eventually. It took about 5 coatings on mine. I didn't need to use filler on the seats, but used in the door and it's very good stuff.

Yes champagne is the colour same as mine, as mentioned above clean the seats first I used Autogym cleaner first then did local repair with the furniture clinic dye. Which is a good match with no tint required.
I found that as the drivers seat gets used more you might find that the colour of the two seats is very slightly different which can be sorted with a thin application of the dye to both seats.This will also leave the seats with a semi mat finish and not shiny which looks more like when the cars were new.

Any recommendations on a leather cleaner for a deep clean? Reckon my seats would benefit from a proper wash and considering doing it this weekend.
I use an all purpose cleaner and a soft brush on mine. If it is really bad, engine cleaner.
What you have to remember is, 99% of car leather is spray painted, so colour and then a top coat.
When it starts to go shiny it is actually layers of dirt, grease and dead skin building up on the top coat, as you get more build up you get a shiny layer. If you remove all that you will get back to the matte top coat finish they use and it will look like new again.
If it is really looking tired I use a Magic Eraser, soaking wet, and very, very gentle with it as it is abrasive.
