I'm having a bit of indicision at the moment over a leather retrim.

To cut a long story short, my interior is Oregon Pearl Grey. I bought some sports seats in this colour but had them recoloured and cleaned up. The colour didn't last, started rubbing off. I got a full refund and apology but now I'm needing a retrim.

Im keen to keep light grey due to the headlining and visors. A different leather trimmers can get a leather that's a perfect match to the Oregon doorcards, but I'm stuck as to what to do with the seats. I don't know whether to have them all one colour or have the grey around the outside and black centres? Not sure if the 2 tone looks right?

Opinions very welcome.

Pictures attached, the one colour pic is mine before the paint came off, the other pics are Google.

Thanks

Don't hate the 2 tone but I prefer one colour. Whenever I look at 2 tone interiors I can't help thinking Max Power!

I see what your saying
I am leaning more to 2 tone as i think the black will wear better. But I don't know, just want to be sure as once the leather is ordered that's it.

2-tone wins - just. But what about dark grey alcantara rather than black leather for the centres?

Two tone but get the dash done to match the OEM Individual scheme while you’re at it - two tone dash and piano black centre console. Relatively easy (=cheap) jobs compared to the seats.

The 2 tone is lovely.

I also like the one colour, but feel it would get dirty very quickly.

It does, its quite hard to keep clean and when it does need cleaning you have to be careful.

Some great replys, thanks

That’s my interior, so will have to go with Two tone

Is it Silverstone/Black? Or Pearl Grey?

I have the Piano Black trim and had the door handle trims done to match.

All black and poplar is the only way to go

No, it really isn't............ :headbang:

I have Pearl Grey, but given a free choice as the OP has I'd have black centres - much easier to keep looking smart!

If anyone has some spare time today could they photoshop the centres of the picture where the seats are all one colour so that the centres and leg extension are black please, thanks :)
