leased z4 - tyre options

want to change to non run-flat tyres but because the car is on a lease due to be returned in 18 months not sure I can return it with non run-flats.

What options have I got? I'm thinking either:

1. get normal types, but keep the run-flat tyres and have them put back on before I return the car. Is this possible? Can run-flats be removed then replaced?
2. Get a new set of wheels with normal tyres to switch out with the current wheels and sell on ebay once I have returned the car.

Any thoughts / advice would be appreciated.
 
I think it all depends on your lease if you can return the car with non run-flats or not. However that said, I know I have seen several people keep their old runflats for the purpose of putting them back on the car when the lease is up.
