When she asked why the previous owner had changed the car so soon, they told her that it had a tiny leak which was fixed straight away under warranty, but as the original owner was distressed about it, they replaced the car out of goodwill!

Fixed straight away? After 44 days and 5 visits they were unable to fix it (and admitted that!), so after a fight with BMW they agreed to replace the car cos it was faulty. Replaced under goodwill? More like replaced under duress!
Lieing bloody scumbags. I want to take my BMW related business elsewhere now, but both our cars have service packs and the nearest dealer who isn't the same group is quite a distance away....this one is 1 mile from my door!
