Well, after 2 years I finally got around to sorting the leak from the washer system. As I thought it was coming from the nearside headlight washer that someone before me had try to botch. Anyway, £62 for a new one which wasn't as bad as I expected and it's all good now. Mind you, I've still disconnected the headlight washer pump though (will reconnect it for MOTs) as I hate the splashback all over the wings and bonnet. At least now I'll be able to wash the windscreen during the winter.
I have the same problem & I will more than likely never get around to sorting it!
