Le Mans 24hr 2016

Any other 'endurance' aficionados watching the Eurosport coverage ? I usually do the full 24 hours give or take an hour or two for a snooze. 25 minutes til Brad Pitt drops the flag, it's raining and the excitement is building!

I'm watching on and off , it's a bit fast and frantic this year , doesn't look good for Audi having to change a turbo after less than 2 hours .

Not been for four years after doing about 15 years on the trot at the circuit. We now have a party with the Tv on full blast.

Going back next year though. Yesterday was a toned down affair with a couple of mates but i am knackered now.

I've watched about 18 hours so far and thoroughly enjoyed it....c'mon Toyota ! I haven't been since 2002 and really want to go again but it's difficult now with kids and dogs. Will have to wait another few years until the kids are old enough to look after the dogs for the week !

I don't have Eurosport, but the combination of Radio Le Mans and the Le Mans app with video highlights saw me through.

Rather exciting last 5 minutes!

Note to self - book to go to 2017 Le Mans ASAP.

You could have watched it on You Tube live streamed from the Ford GT 40 car. fantastic in car footage for the whole 24 hrs.
