Jota sport Twitter just said "Wet start today here in Le Mans". I'd be sacrificing several goats personally!
Finally done! Probably best that the camera isn't much good, because some of the stickers look distinctly "Home Made". Haha!
Also, 64 is for my dad who had his birthday last week, and will be Gerrard #2.
Nearly time to get some lunch then start the road trip. Yaaaay.

Lovely looking Z4MR, mate - the stickers were perfect too. Would have loved to stop but we had to mission it to Calais after an over-indulgent breakfast! I also saw an Imola Z4MR (pretty similar livery to mjgerrard's) and a silver pre-facelift camped in Maison B at the Porsche Curves end, and an Interlagos coupe parked on the roadside on Mad Friday next to Bleu Nord.
Another epic LM24 - it never fails to throw up some drama, although how tragic this year that this included the death of Allan Simonsen. I thought it was particularly touching that Tom Kristensen's father died recently he said that the dedication would have to wait another year because this year's victory is for Allan.
I echo the thoughts of others, great weekend of camping, rain showers, racing and safety cars, only shadowed by the tragic news of Simonsen.
Spotted a few stickered up Z4s including billy_beemer a few times during the travel and watched the owner of a black M Coupe peeling off the short lived black plasti dip from his rear wheels (no stubby, member here???)
