LCR Splitter on a Z4???

Hi Guys

I have an idea it maybe a silly one or could infact look great??? I fitted a Leon Cupra R Splitter to an old Audi TT last year and it looked great a real OEM feel about it. On my google search over the last few days many cars have had it fitted with good results. But no Zeds yet

So my question is would it suit the zed??

When I fitted it to the TT I had to trim it down a fair bit as it was bigger than the bumper so I think there is movement for it to fit the zed but am not sure. Its going to cost about 45 quid so not a lot , but of course do not want to waste the cash???

Just wanted to get some views on it before I proceed later tonight with the purchase??

Hard to say without seeing it on a zed. Initial thoughts are it wont suit. There's a subtle splitter already on the zed. IMO it will look less OEM, and more like a bolt on....

Each to their own though... :thumbsup:
 
IIRC they're only a touch over £20 direct from SEAT dealers - certainly they were when I fitted one to my Ibiza a couple of years ago. Looks great on some cars but doubt it'd suit the Z4. Happy to proved wrong if someone else goes for it.

I want to fit one to the wife's Fabia vRS but she's having none of it!

Fair one guys , it was just an idea.... to be honest am a little concerned about it getting ripped off as the zed is quite low.....

I think I need to get one against it somehow and that way I can make an informed choice.

Yeah I spoke to a seat dealer and they have put the prices up since there has been a surge in demand. If it was only 20 quid I would just take a punt regardless, but at £50 quid it's open for debate :?
