driven to and from the garage with no problems at all, even took the golf clubs out of the boot and had the roof down for the first time this year which was great

Diagnostics threw up a problem with the accelerator pedal, think it was code 2820 but can't remember for certain. they're pricing it up for me now but as it hasn't reappeared (yet) i'm hoping it has self healed

I've paid 108 inc vat. Probably could have haggled a couple of quid off but they're £126 on eBay at the moment so didn't think it was too bad from a dealer. Not as good as Maniacs deal though

All done took my sausage fingers longer than the 10 minutes it took maniac but a massive improvement. Will post a picture once I work out how to on my mobile without tapatalk

the first one I did was a doddle but the second one was an absolute pig to remove. My neighbour came out and luckily he's a lot more practical than I am and he managed to get it out.

i was lucky as the dealership i bought my car from offered a discount as a goodwill gesture (craacked vanity mirrow) so i paid £40+vat each side (in addition to a new vanity mirror)

Thanks guys......agree with the "Bling" but I think it freshens an old E89 up and are a lot nicer than the old ones as PVR suggests.
