I know what you mean, I didn't like them at first - a bit too garish - but they've grown on me and add to the character of the car, I think.

I'd prefer the wing mirrors in body colour though, always associate silver wing mirrors with Audi 'S' cars and owners of lesser Audi's pretending to have an 'S'
 
You weren't on the M1 this afternoon at about 3.20pm were you, travelling southbound around the Nottingham area?

I spotted a Melbourne Red 35iS (roof down) and there can't be many of you!

Keep the Mirror covers. It signifies BMW top of the range ie. the 135i also has silver Mirror covers. I do agree that good quality carbon covers would look good though. :happyclap:
