Why isnt it Sapphire Black,as all the rest the colour comes last....eg. Carbon Black, interlagos Blue,Imola Red,Sepang Bronze,Alpine White.
You get the idea.....
Need i continue,haha

Back on topic, nice car and love the wheels/are these genuine csl's?
Very nice anyway.
GLWTS :driving:

Brochure says "Black Sapphire", but you are right every other colour is the other way round. :idunno:

Thats funny,my 2005 reg 3.0i was on the paperwork from original dealer as Sapphire Black :?

Guess it doesnt matter too much anyway..as i now own AN INTERLAGOS BLUE one,or should that be Blue Interlagos, haha :poke:

It is black sapphire on the BMW website for the current model too... No reason they should have changed it. Black sapphire is actually a type of gemstone - a deep blue or brown black colour. Hence the blue fleck I guess...

Black Sapphire/Sapphire Black. Who cares, it's a gorgeous looking car. Those CSLs too

I need to go and stare at #69 and those lovely dynamics before I do something dumb and buy a coupe... :D
