Last Ever Hullavington Trackday

As this former RAF base has been sold for housing, Saturday 12th of March is your last ever track day opportunity at Hullavington. Open pit lane, at one of the safest trackday environments in the UK (based on their being no barriers to hit and plenty of tarmac and grass run off). Located in North Wiltshire, next to the M4 for those who haven't been here. A pretty good surface, not prone to eating tyres or attracting stone chips (unlike Bruntingthorpe!).

£129 for the main driver
£20 for a 2nd driver
£15 for passengers

Book here: http://motorsport-events.com/

Myself and TomK have booked, would be good to see more of you here, either driving or you'd be very welcome to hop in for passenger laps.

Cheers, Dave :driving:

I could may be pop along and watch, if there are a few other Zeds turning up.
(Im Not too keen on tracking the Alpina - I may get carried away ( in more ways than one !)

Yes, I will do. Maybe even pick up Spikey & Co on the way

Whats the score with popping along to watch Fishy Dave ?
Is there somewhere dry, warm, with free coffee, bacon rolls & huge Gateaux's ???

There's a couple of Zeds who may make it an excuse for a 'drive out'

You are welcome to come along, you can watch some of the circuit from the paddock, but the coffee and bacon you'll need to pay for and if you can squint at a Mars bar and think it looks a bit like a slice of Gateaux you'll be happy! Dry and Warm? It's an airfield, in March, therefore likely to be wet, cold, windy, snowy, sunny, warm and hailing at some stage in the day :P

BMWJay - I'll post something up on this thread if the Bristol/Bath Crew are attending. We'll probably meet 1m South of M4 Jcn 18 on the A46, by the Tolgate Tea Rooms if we're going - (Time TBC) We'll then plan an indirect route to get there so we get some miles & smiles in on quiet roads.

We're just waiting for Fishy Dave to offer free Bacon Rolls all-round first...

What time are you kicking off at Hullavington Dave ?

Lol, If you don't mind I'll put the bacon roll fund into the cost of replacement rear tyres ;)

Motorsport Events tend to have a more civilised start time of around 9.30-10ish so any time from then to suit you guys. I should think Tom will be happy to give passenger rides too?

OK, We'll meet on the A46 in the lay-bye, just North of M4/Jcn 18 at 8am Saturday morning.
We'll drive for an hour or so, indirectly towards Hullavington and find somewhere for a Coffee/bite about 9 and then pop along to see Fishy Dave swishing his tail about 10am

Thats:
No 5
Spikey
BigRedCat
Danstarr
Zedwheels?
BMWJay
...3 Alpina's - Wow a rare sight !
