Just been out with the dogs here and it's a hard frost and foggy. I don't fancy these conditions so I am going to err on the side of caution and give this one a miss. See you next time. Take care please fellas.

Yea a frosty one , will go easy & if it is remotely unsafe then a change of plan will be had

Pics (and video) from today.

A wonderful drive over the tops with some spectacular scenery - with the exception of a couple of 'twitchy' moments  it was very enjoyable.

As always a big thank you to Mr Wilks for organising and switching to plan B last minute

Yep a tentative navigation over the tops & through the Trough , at times not for the faint of heart
Always enjoyable though & with temps not breaking 1deg the cafe was very welcome after 2 hours
Thanks to those who made it out , shows those southern chaps who's car,s are SORN that Zs can operate in all months

Gutted I couldn't come - I could have even helped mend those faulty E89 roof's! Must be faulty, as they weren't down!!!!

Mike

That looks brilliant - frustrated we missed this one but we'll be down for others.

Great photos Marlon and impressed to see your roof down on that video

Good fun on the piste :o

Thanks to Andy for sorting a great route and a nice breakfast. E89s had their roofs down for much of the drive, no malfunctions to report

Well done chaps. You did well in today's conditions and very brave with those hoods down ! Great photos.

Great run over the tops in slippy conditions and an ideal opportunity to test that my rebuilt abs pump is fully functional! Cracking breakfast to round it all off too - thanks to Andy and the other lads for an enjoyable morning

Hope fun was had by all
Just 260 miles today by me, very icy near home and this car likes sliding straight on if you push it ... :|

Looks like you had a good run.
This is me today leading a group of Westfield from Dusop Bridge over the Trough. Later in the day it wasn't as slippy as it sounded for you guys.

Nice ! I built an MK Indyblade back in 2004 so I have a soft-spot for 7'esque type cars
