Yeah thanks for the notes on splines, me and dave had just had a hour 1 to 1 so I'm looking at a combination of both types of modelling to create a pass 3 process, this will mean I can snap my actual geometry to the lines to get the nice smooth curves I need too
I will be researching and figuring out my own little process as part of my disertation to solve this problem, major brownie points there too
Thanks liam-O, yeah modelling a car is very hard, I was going to do a Z4 but was told that I needed to do something with more complex shapes, even though I thought it was complex enough ha, but that was from another lecturer, and I do rather like a lambo, hoping to have some spare time before my viva and before my actual submission, where im going to do a tmbler from batman, may even have a look at a Z4 but a 3D model takes someone of my skill a few hundred hours to make
but if you wanted one then im sure you could always look at buying the model online and getting it coloured to the right spec you wanted and then rendered?
