Lambda sensors

I am trying to locate the parts to replace the lambda sensors and the positions to fit. I have been looking at this page on the OEM parts site

Do I need 4 sensors? I find the picture a little confusing :) guess I need to compare to the engine but can't get near car atm.
 
It coded on the MAF so I cleaned that and it reset. A couple of weeks later it coded again but on the oxygen sensor can't remember the code off the top of my head but it's cylinders 4-6 though. I checked the readings and its not stable on the graph.

So it's the regulator sensors that probably need changing?
