Koni/eibach combo ?'s and help needed

I will try to be short in the list of happenings as of late.
The Dealership was having a free "clinic" to do a once over on all customers on log with them and was a week long run of appointments. So I figured what the hey might as well go down have them look at things so I can make a list and fix it myself on what they found on my 03 2.5 sport.

Broken rear spring (right rear)
brakes (pad warning light came on the next day)
fluids could be flushed
and belts.

So I ordered eibachs and just completed my brakes today (did the 300mm upgrade with SP performance rotors diamond slotted and stoptech pads)

While I was on the right side I noticed the dreaded Strut guide support broken as in pics from threads in the suspension how to's.

Since I'm going to have to take the front struts apart now to fix that issue (how did the dealer overlook, missing this is beyond me) I was thinking about going ahead and doing the yellow koni/eibach combo. So finally on now to the questions.

I've done complete coilovers on my 87 supra so there was nothing I had to disassemble like this.

1. Biggest question is what parts will be reused from the stock strut assembly once taken apart.
2. What new Parts besides the obvious strut guide supports (any brand recommendations?) am I going to need to get?
3. I was planning on getting tower reinforcement plates as I've read about from here and else where, using the E46 ones correct? Good precaution to prevent this from happening again?
4. If I do the above #3 will there be room for also adding a strut tower brace as well on the three strut bolts once mounted?
5. I didn't see a how to on the belts. Replacing belts on my wranger and supra were a cinch because of the amount of room to work in, not so much here, whats the best way/how to, to go about it?
6. Lastly, Fluids, easier to take to an indy and have them do it or another diy how to?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Don't know if this will help but see link for springs, yes you can also fit strut brace. http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=27124&p=374517&hilit=spring+fitting#p374501

Hey thanks. That does give a much better view of what it'll be looking like when broken down. Got the rears on today and the scissor jack tip there save a lot of frustration instead of trying to muscle stuff back in place.
