Knocking noise from front suspension

Hi all,

For the past few weeks my front drivers side suspension seems to make a knocking noise when travelling over uneven surfaces/speed bumps etc. It also looks to be sat about 1 inch lower than the passenger side? any ideas what this would be?

Ive debated a dodgy shock, broken spring, something loose? Not sure how i would figure out what it is though without going to a garage?

Any idea on costs to fix?

Sounds like a broken spring ? My advice would be take it to a garage, cos it's not right :!:

Hi

Did you get the noise when accelerating/braking at all?
What warranty do you have? I have it with BMW - comprehensive
