knocking from the rear

hi my car has just started making a knocking noise from the rear end it only does it as slow speeds like up to 30 mph anyone have any idea what it could be ?

Yep - Almost certainly a broken rear spring.

Jack it up a take a real good look, especially at the last 1" to 2" on the top and bottom coils
 
Got the same knocking from mine - opened the boot and told the wife to keep still......! AND then the fight started :rofl:
