Well manual gear change knobs to be precise

So, I have a manual 2011 MSport with the standard gear knob for this model.
I hear about what a difference the Stormwerks or ZHP makes to changes.

Would this work with mine or did it actually come with the M gear knob?

Ive read ZHPs are not compatible or at least hard to fit properly. So I have never bothered to look any further

I enjoyed the shortened + weighted BMW gear knob when I had a manual.

Only makes a slight difference, but felt nicer.
