Knobbed! - ZHP Install and pics = Very Happy

Well Chaps

After posting in the for sale section that I wanted a ZHP I was kindly offered one.

I must say am very pleased with it and a must for anyone as it feels much more connected with the car and looks "muscular and stylish" so all in all very pleased.

I had a quick search on the forum about removing my current knob , I was feeling a little concerned about a facial injury so my steps as follows, I think this may have been as easy as a "stubby" install:

So steps..

- Sit in passenger seat
- Put in Second gear
- Pull up
- Done
- Push down on new knob
- Done
- In all 60 sec work :D

Couple of pics for people who may not have decided yet: Ps thanks to jamesgarbett for a prefect Knob! Arrived as described :thumbsup:

much better! gotta say i had no problems removing my old one either. guess we were both pretty lucky :thumbsup:
 
Looks great :)

I did ZHP on mine after Crimbo, really does make changing gear a pleasure :thumbsup:

I didnt think it was free....Jesus that was generous !! Anyone know how much and where from for those of us without a fairy "knob" mother? :rofl:
 
No not free :P , £30 quid delivered. From my research second hand one fetch around 20-30 pounds , and a new one is 42 I believe. Hope it helps the one I got was brand new but sold as used. I know srhutch has one set me some pics looks good, if your after one try dropping him a bell.
