Kidney Grille Install?

Anyone know how to remove the factory grille's and put new ones in. I ordered new black ones from BMW to replace the stocks but i have no idea how to remove/install. No instructions and i dont want to pay BMW $400.00 for two hours of labor (so they say) to do it.... Help.

It shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes for BMW dealers to fit them (with the right tools).

Friend of mine gave me a hand, hes quite experienced with BMW's... he didnt even need to open the hood of my car, with the hood closed he basically pulled out the grille's, he used some type of method it seemed, the grilles did not break at all, he switched them around a bit so i have chrome rims and black fins (which looks incredible). Took him about 15 minutes all without opening the hood, i was impressed...
