Kidney Grill Clips

Just discovered that one of the five clips that secure the grill to the plastic surround has broken.
Not a total disaster but there doesn't seem to be a way to get at /replace it. Considering making something unless someone has experienced this and found a solution.
The grill is surprisingly 'loose' with only four clips.
Did find one thread on the subject from last year, but no real solution found.
 
Thanks Steve, wasn't sure whether the 'outer grill' was separate or part of the bumper, it looks tricky to separate out so I'll look for an alternative, maybe a well placed self tapper will do the trick.
 
The inner and outer grill pop out of the bumper as one piece. Then when you've got them off you can separate the two parts. To get the whole thing off I seem to remember you grab the inner grill and push upwards then at the same time pull the bottom towards you. Once it's off use a flat tip screwdriver to gently prise each clip open to separate the two parts. Don't fully disengage each one as you go though as it'll bend the parts too much, just ease the clip over the lip then pull the whole thing off straight when they're all unlatched. :thumbsup:
