Is it possible to code the car/key to auto-lock the doors (like some MB's and others do) on pull-away, and auto fold the wing mirrors on locking?

Can this be done without a trip to the stealer/indy ?
 
Good request. Sorry I can't help here but have to agree that remote folding mirrors would be neat little touch!
 
I had to have the stealer do it for the automatic door locking as the vehicle is driven off. My owners manual only shows a button for folding the mirrors (next to the window buttons) and does not show that there is an automatic option for that. Z4 Pilot
 
Sorry to hijack - Does anyone have an exhaustive list of all the things that dealers can programme your key to do?

No beacause it changes for every model, year, options fitted and market.

If you ask the dealer they will print out a full list of 1) options that can be car programmed and 2) options that are key specific
 
can see that being another excuse for the dealer to charge a fortune for something that should be cheap! :x

They'll give it you for free. Just ask so that you can go away and check all the boxes of what you want programming. They charge around £40 -£60 to programm everything, although Indy's can do more things in some cases and are of course cheaper.
