It amazes me how many people react to an image from the media.

This was brought up weeks ago at Southend, so this time they sent up drones.
Made it pretty clear they were in there like sardines.

Also checked webcams yesterday and it was definitely packed, so camera angle might make it look worse, but even without media effect, it really was bad.

Just what did they do for toilettes? Bury it in the sand...

What p!sses me off is I’m shielding until 31/7 but with behaviour like this a second spike is inevitable so my shielding will most likely just be extended rather than ended :headbang: :headbang:

What happens after 31/7? Does covid just disappear? Or will you have to join the Real World and get on with life, like the rest of us?

Wee in the sea. The other stuff? Hold it in or go before you leave home

Simply amazes me that people are in denial and treating the epidemic as fake news and we must get on with our lives as if the virus doesn't exist.

For the ignorant and non believers go about your normal life in peril.

Well hopefully the infection rate will drop enough by then for people like me that we will be able to get on with life but with an immune system as compromised as mine these f*ckwits in pictures like that are greatly reducing my chances!!!

BTW I’m already in the real world, been working everyday since this started, earning my wage, paying tax and NI just not able to go out, but people who are at little or no risk, like yourself obviously, have no idea what it’s like when two different consultants contact you to tell you contracting Covid will kill you so I’ll listen to them since they actually know me and my risk levels.

Novak Djokovic's tennis tournament was an incredibly visible reminder of how things are still, wasn't it? Let's have a tournament with much back-pattery, nothing will happen OH IT HAS DONE WE ALL HAVE CORONAVIRUS.

To think these idiots and those at Anfield last night are allowed to vote in elections. No wonder the country is going t1ts up. :headbang:We must be the laughing stock of Europe

If it makes you feel any better we are seeing huge spikes here in the Americas... and they are still anti mask rallies :headbang: where you can go and get your infection, thank you :tumbleweed:

Let all the idiots get on with infecting themselves with a dose of C-19 so that the sensible amongst us can benefit from them creating herd immunity for us.

My wife had a baby 3 weeks before lockdown began. She almost died giving birth and was classed as vulnerable due to her low iron levels from the massive blood loss. For 2 months we hardly went anywhere during the day, keeping our walks with a newborn to an evening stroll (even when it was absolutely freezing). So yeah, tell me how I don't have any idea what it's like

Eventually you need to get back to being normal or you'll kill yourself through insanity way quicker than any virus will.

"Common Sense" is an oxymoron I'm afraid!

Firstly, I hope your wife is ok and has fully recovered

Secondly, if you reread my sentence I said people who haven’t been contacted directly by medical professionals to tell them this thing will kill them can’t possibly know what it’s like to receive phone calls like that if it hasn’t happened to them. Receiving calls like that gives you a totally different view of how you behave and what risks you’re prepared to take. With an immune system running around 40% at best along with another condition and as a single dad to two kids I will minimise my risk as much as I can until, with advice from those I trust, it’s safer for me to go back out with some sort of normality.

I 100% agree that I need to get back to being normal, for all sorts of reasons, sanity being just one of them........hence my original post, which I’m standing by, f*ckwits like in that photo are going to delay me being able to do that anytime soon if they cause the infection rate to rise, the point made in my original post

Very sad but true. In this particular case there is also a huge element of selfishness. They don’t seem to care about others, even older more vulnerable members of their own families.

I can’t understand the “ let’s crack on attitude “
Maybe they’ve not lost anyone to the virus?

A victim of our own success perhaps in that we’ve created, and indeed demanded, a society that wants what it wants NOW and waiting is not an option.
