KDS & Lepsons

Recently had a small coming together with a wall in my works car park so thought whilst getting that repaired at KDS in Gillingham, I'd also take the opportunity to have my MV2s refurbished at Lepsons (who are located opposite).

The guys at KDS were fantastic, not only did a great job on my small mishap but also arranged the wheel refurbishment through Lepsons. I supplied them my own tyres (Falken 452s ordered through Camskill) and new centre caps and M badges (ordered through Sopers) and they did the rest. Got my old RFTs back as well to try and hopefully sell on. Might just be me, but they even aligned my new centre caps with the M badges which I thought just goes to show their attention to detail.

I've had my Z for about a year now and I've been following the forum and thought about changing the RFTs to Non-RFTs for a while - all i can say now is wish I had done it sooner. Feels so much smoother, the difference really is massive.

Quick word on Lepsons as well, did a great job - might be on the slightly expensive side compared to others but worth the extra in my opinion.

I found the Lepsons refurb wheel on my E60 chipped very easy in normal use :-(

That's not good, I'll have to keep a look out for that. They guarantee them for 12 months and I'm sure they'd take them back if there was a problem.

Are they painted or powder coated? I found powder coated wheels chip easier.

Any pictures of the work KDS did, before and after?
Great work from Lepsons as is their reputation
