K DCAN cable drivers

Has anyone come across windows message device stopped Device not recognised code 43?

I have installed drivers first. This was the same on two laptops and two different cables.

Any help would be great. I’m using Bimmergeek Tools

It turns out that both the cable I had bought were faulty. I ended up with the third unit working fine. Purchased here AntiBreak Goldplay K+ DCAN Ediabas coding interface cable switch FT232RQ OBDII for R56 E87 E93 E70 from 1996 to 2008 https://amzn.eu/d/42JQz6f
