Hi Guys

Dropped the Porker off for a service at OPC , and was given the new boxster to drive around in , wooo what a car and the PDK is amazing am converted me thinks! The ability to drop gears in the bends is exceptional!. Its only the 2.7 but she sends it on :driving: :driving:

I really must get to work now

I did seeing you asked Stark! :D

Enjoy , really am impressed by it.... I dread to think how good the new 991 is and New Cayman (March 2013) will be

They're nice houses. Hope your porker isn't too loud in the mornings! :poke:

 she's a weekend stalion only now, so all the neigbours will be safe. I better not see you racing around Tetbury in your new Z4MR beeping at all the girsl! otherwise I will need to report you!! :poke:

On the Porker, is the gear change selector attached to the wheel or fixed to the column?

On the Abarth, it is attached to the steering wheel so I never know where the gears are in bends :)

That's one sweet courtesy car  you get good service then in Porsche ownership...hopefully one day I will get a 911 :)

Nice Paza! Sure does beat a smashed up old Punto which is what most garages seem to give people! Like for like I suppose :)

It's attached to the wheel, turning circle pretty good so don't have to move hands turning corners much therefore paddles always there. Paddles are an option though, pdk as standard comes with push/pull buttons on both sides. Still getting used to my Spyder pdk even after 5 months, little throttle blips change down approaching roundabouts to stay automatic.

Its funny as great as the boxster was by the end of the day I could not wait to get back into my car and I had a massive grin seeing her parked up with all the other porkers holding her own!!! :driving: :D

PDK is great defo would like that on a 997.2 with aero kit mmmmmm

Ok I suppose I can't complain  the new PDK is very fast, even better than the 997's

Nice loan car,pazza3 and nice 911's pazza3/kryton :driving:

Still would have a 911 Carrera/4/4s/Turbo,but would still have my z4 m over an equivelent 2008 Boxster,as it just feo drive tho, feeels more of an animal and more fun.

The gt3 is an awesome car that feels like its honed out of one piece of metal :D
