Just under 10k gets you a 2008 Coupe!

Manky wheel badges!

It's quite basic but I actually like those wheels.
I guess for the money one shouldn't grumble.

Interesting to compare with similar age, mileage, M Roadsters.

When I bought my MR, early 2011, there was a 30i Coupe up, with twice the miles on the clock, for the same Money. On this very simplified sample, it would appear the MR is holding it's value, rather better.

Just my observations.

That would depend on what you paid  Most car's built in low numbers hold value longer but all model's are slowly droppingthough fortunately i would say relatively slower than many other car's ?
As ever its about mileage, spec, history ,condition & of course colour

I paid £22.5k with 12k miles on the clock. It was like new apart from the steering wheel plastic bits were scuffed. The Coupe had 22K miles on it. Your quite right of course, condition is all once a car is several years old and just becomes more so, as time passes. Personaly I don't think the spec matters, as much, on an older car certainly not once they get to 10+. Just more to go wrong. Maybe that's just us old timers though, wish mine didn't have half the pointless toys. I'm keeping the heated seats though. :D

I think you can get blase about z4's if you hang about the forums and being an owner, but for someone new to the mark it's a pretty special car for 10k :)

I would agree & especially the coupe with its better styling  still a rarity on the roads & 265bhp is a decent output whatever the spec :driving:

Well it will be a bad thing now I have one, but it meant I got my Si Coupe (albeit a 56 plate, but with less miles) for less than £10,000 in June so I was pleased then! :driving:

Excuse my ignorance/naivety but what is flimper spec????

Its a Zforum specific term not found elsewhere  ( i think created by PVR ? ) to sum up a car with not many extras & the word itself i assume relates to a certain forum member who had such a vehicle who shall remain nameless  :D works well don't you think ? :)

BTW , will you be at the Clitheroe food & drink shebang this Saturday ?
