that sound like your air conditioner to me, could not be a leak from the muffler because you would hear it, turn off the air and it should go away. enjoy your new zzzzzzzzzzz

Its deffo not the exhaust its just be side it. Do yo u think its the condenser then?

it must be the air conditioner condenser, just smell the liquid, does it look like water? does it smell like water? does it taste like water? probably is just water.
It did look like water 
Its stopped now and when I went out it was too dark to see the liquid on the little pavior stones. I will have a look tomorrow!
