Just ordered my first z4

First post in the forum. Order in for a silver with red leather auto 2.8i msport. Deal was too good to turn down. Roll on September :D

Yes there are some few great buys on Z4's currently.

And I am on my first z4 - but there are an few peeps on the second / third generation

What did you have before?

Welcome! On my 2nd Z4, collected her on Friday - you're going to love the 2.8i, and the M Sport front end looks awesome!

Thanks. Currently have a 2008 330i convertible so going a bit smaller but hopefully more fun :D
 
Well 330I vs 28I close call - but I think the 28I will have the edge in performance
And slap and JB4 and your in 35i territory
However I would not say the 28i is smaller, infact I finding it quite large especially with the bonnet
But loving it - especially with the great weather
But roll on September... :driving:
 
congrats..... i couldnt stomach another 2 month wait on my upgrade so just took whatever they had in the uk stock list. the wait will be difficult especially on those hot summer days
 
i know when i ordered mine that there was no 28i in the uk. i was told it was not an popular choice.

the 20i was most popular, and the 35i.

However i got my car an month earlier than what was told at time of order.

call the dealer in 2 weeks for an update

bought it on pcp so was about as cheap as the other models. Managed to get 11.5k off list which seemed a decent deal :D
 
Just ordered ours too, only the 2.0l msport although dh wanted the 3.5l that we test drove!! It will mostly be for me to drive in place of my mini cooper d but I'm sure dh will be pinching it a lot. We have to wait til September but for nearly 20% discount we can manage that. Anyway with heated seats and steering wheel we are planning for the roof to be down in anything other than actual water/ice coming out of the sky!
