Hey, I've been browsing this place for a while now. I've owned a 2005 2.5se roadster since 2012 and have just sealed the deal to swap over to a 2007 3.0si coupe (the one I always wanted). I'm hoping the bhp boost will be noticeable...

I'm off to pick it up tomorrow and do the swap. I thought I should finally post a hello after all this time. I'll post a picture as soon as I can :wink:

Kinda sad to see the old girl go though. It's been ace!

Welcome to the forum & coupe club - you will definitely notice the difference. I tested a 2.5si roady before I got my 3.0si coupe & there was a difference. :thumbsup:

Never been in a 2.5 but should be a big difference on paper. :driving:
 
So just got home from a day giving it a spin. I'm actually totally surprised how different it feels from the 2.5. The noise is very different too, more of a rumble at low speeds and the extra punch when you put your foot down is awesome.

So consider me blown away I'll post some pictures soon.

Get the stuffing out of the noise generator - then hear the difference at 5k plus
