Looks like it's ready for track days & Ring trips too, as it's running Yoko AD08 tyres, KW suspension, AP brakes, etc.
Without the wrap I don't think it's that expensive if you're happy with all the mods. Otherwise the seller needs to return to standard and make some cash on the mods.
Weirdly that parking spot looks very familiar. I'm sure it's parked in the same place I park - in Tesco Crooksfoot (J10 M20) - when we meet to fill up before heading to the Eurotunnel on our 'Ring trips.
