After re-examining the photo, he does have the extended leather package. I will assume this leather upgrade includes the center seat stitching for perhaps functional and/or aesthetic purpose(s).

Your probably right! It is a good idea as my drivers seat leather is a little 'slack' in that area. Probably stops that happening!

Just get the same colour and de badge the M's (heat gun and dental floss for the exterior - new door jams - new shift knob - remove m logo from steering wheel - Presto!) - she'll never notice
