Just bought my first z4 2.5i

Hi all just bought a z4, its a car I have wanted for a while.
The wife had to come to see when I went to view it :roll: .
Her face when the engine started. I don't have the car at home yet picking it up Friday, has anyone here took the plug out from the sound generator pipe?
Is it worth it?

Are you sure you have a sound generator, it's not standard on the 2.5i.

Oh I didn't know that. NVM.
I have pics already. I am a little worried about the steering rack.

The rack itself is pretty much trouble free, the electric assistance motor fitted to the steering column is another matter lol, but don't worry as it's an easy fix.

Lovely, the merlot red is very smart. Is that a dark interior in yours?
As already said the 2.5 doesn't have a sound generator, personally I don't think it needs it. The bark of mine is nice enough, it's a 2.5 as well. Get a good blast out with the hood down, you'll love it

From Buckley? My last name is Buckley yeah.
Picked the car up today omg I love it, not bothered about the sound generator not I have drove it a bit.
I love the colour and I had the top down when I took my son out in it he thought it was amazing staring at the stars.
