Hi all,

Ive been lurking on here for a while now, but ive only recently joined as the search for a Z4C has been coming to an end. Ive just put a deposit on a 56' Montego Blue Z4 sport coupe, its only done 16,500 miles and is fully loaded with Nav, Xenon, Bluetooth, BMW assist, HiFi and a load of other little things like luggage nets etc..

Its less to insure than the R32 engined golf im running as a weekend toy, more economical and should have a pretty good residual considering what i paid for it in a a few years time.

The way you say that makes me question if it's an actual R32 Golf you have, but actually some other Golf but with an R32 engine??? Especially as you call it a weekend toy! Any details on it? You keeping it in addition to the Z4?

You are correct in your assumption :D It's a mk3 Golf vR6 originally, but now has a mk5 R32 engine nestled under the bonnet.

It's currently up for sale to help with the funding of the Z. I love it, but i want a more sensible and classy sports car nowadays!

Nice Z. My favourite colour combo  Added the photo to my "which alloy next collection".

Tempting! I love the 108's, they are my favourite so I am very much in two minds at the moment. Will see how the survive winter!

Christ that Golf sounds fruity in the video

Engine noise soooo makes a car for me - hence me liking mk4 R32s, Clio V6's, Monaro V8s... The straight-6's in the Z4s make good noises too, although you'll miss out on half of it by going for a Coupe
