just bought - bluetooth question

Hi I have just bought a 2.2i SE on a '54' plate.

As far as I can see there is no telephone support (there is a mic or something that looks very much like one) near the roof. I imagine this is just an alarm sensor though. Ive done some searching and found the bmw bluetooth adapters which fit into the armrest - is that all that needs to be done? Or is there an adapter to fit elsewhere?

If you have blueooth you will have a place to mount the cradle in the door of the centre console as you say, and there will be a pairing button also in there. If you have neither of these then oyu dont have bluetooth.

Also the pael in the boot against the bulkhead wont be flat if you have Bluetooth IIRC.

Hi, the centre console has a gap for the adapter to be plugged in. What does the pairing button look like?

Ohh no, don't have that just a box for that cradle to go into. Is the button part of the cradle?

No. If you look at the picture the button on the far left looks like outline of a face with voice coming out. Then you have the removal bit. I hope this helps?
