Just bought Audi A4/Hurse? Opinions please.

I know - thought they looked quite cool on the R8 at first but not so sure now. I'm sure if they do my head in I will find a way of disabling them!

DRL's will be law soon on all new cars, so you might not be able to disable them.

i think daytime running lights are a stupid idea, i think there should be the option to turn them off or have it as an auto function where they only come on when its dull, why have lights on when its bright and sunny? i can understand it for bikers in a way, but not cars.

The DRLs can be turned off if you want to. Nice car BTW

I do so like the Audi's.
I'm strongly considering an old Audi as a winter car in the UK.
Mind you I won't be putting the Z up for the winter, just driving it less.

Not a hurse at all. I generally like the look of Audi's, and think they look much better in Estate form Hate the daytime running lights too though.

I had a 2003 A4 2.5TDi Quattro Estate remapped, and it was fairly quick in a straight line, and good for cruising up and down the motorway, but no fun to drive. Really disliked the handling and steering. Hopefully the new model will have improved on this.
