hi,great forum,just picked up the car and drove the 1.5hr drive home and i am impressed so far and i had forgotten about the sport button.its a nice car with some warranty(was a bmw approved car) but i reckon there is a slight clunk from the rear end when at slow speed you come on and off the power,(a metallic noise),perhaps the diff is this normal,i suppose you are sat right on top of it and any noise is loudest when you have just handed over the cash .cheers

You are probably correct, most likely it is the differential.
