Have you researched Google/Youtube with key words in hope to come accross a similar situation?

So in the meantime I will be picking up zed tomorrow but will need to take it back once all the parts have arrived. The dealer said they would want it for 2 days as it takes 4 hours to strip down the fuel system before they start to fit the parts, not sure if this is correct or not, however all this will be covered under warranty, so am very happy if this is going to finally fix it jimbo1958 said:Hope this will be the end of your problems Swiftly.

As you can imaging my patience is wearing very thin, and I am getting mightily pi**ed off to say the least!
Ewazix said:Feel the frustration! Back to basics, too lean = air getting in or fuel starvation. I've had the same symptoms on a bike and a car on the bike it was scale and crud blocking the fuel outlet in the tank, the car a waxed paper sweet wrapper of all things - in both cases they ran fine for a while then would lose fuel pressure intermittently.
"Ah, crap in the tank sir"
"Really? I can't see how that's going to help"

Sounds like its a being a real pain to locate, but would appear from what you have said that the dealers are on the right lines. Perhaps they need to go back and double check the hoses. Not sure if leaking injectors or not is part of the problem, but someone should be able to advise you swiftly.
I wouldn't get rid of the zed just yet swiftly, I know you are pissed off but am sure a fix is just around the corner. Your zed looks to good to sell, hang in there is what I say![]()

Random part changes until they hit lucky instead of drawing on expert knowledge and properly troubleshooting the issue with a full logical diagnostic approach. Pleased you are covered by an AUC warranty but no wonder their overheads are so ridiculously high.
