Evenin' all...

Been more of a lurker than poster since I signed up here, so thought I'd pop a post up with my Z4 progress.

I bought my 2003 Z4 3.0 SE a couple of months back. Having been in London all it's life, I negotiated money off and budgeted for a few bodywork repairs as I spotted some carpark dents on it on viewing. Unfortunately, when I got the car home I spotted a few more dents than I'd seen on the viewing, my own fault really. As a good friend of mine owns a bodyshop I got a most favourable price on a full respray. I've had it back a couple of days now, and should have a busy weekend fitting a HID kit, M-sport steering wheel and a couple of other bits.

On the drive home from collection:

Got a few plans for it, would like to get CSL rep wheels, colour code the dashboard, and maybe an Z4M front bumper.

I feel your pain when you comment on damage to your Z4 that you noticed after you took posession. My 2008 Z4 was purchased sight unseen from a dealer in Texas. I made my purchase from a dealership much closer to me in Missouri and the car was transported from Texas to Missouri. My Z4 was delivered to me by the local dealership late in the day when sunlight was not the best.

The next day Hubby and I took the Z to a car wash and noticed some hail damage to the hood. I called my salesman to report this.Within in a few days the dealership removed the hail dents and we're good to go!


If you are enjoying your Z only half as much as we are enjoying yours you are amazingly pleased! :wink:

Nah, fear not.. the Z4 lives in front of the garage door and my Transit lives where the Z4 is :driving:

I've now got my old Style 107 Ellipsoid's to get rid of - what are they worth in perfect condition? Tyres are shot...

no idea on how much are the 107's worth but if I don't change my car soon, might be interested and as you are kinda local to me, can pick up :P
