For all bmw lovers here is the good news:
http://www.brandoncompany.com/puma-partners-bmw-motorsport/

I think Puma must have a different brand image in Croatia.

I maybe wrong but in the UK I wouldn't see Puma as a natural partner to BMW. Motorsport does tend to go with whoever has the money, RedBull seem to have plenty. Perhaps Puma is a serious contender too.

Well obviously you've got me wrong! I didn't want to start a heavy thread about brand immage, money, investments, who is with whom etc. I've just recalled the time when puma was making some good looking stuff for BMW Sauber F1 and knowing that they'll collaborate again well I fancy that!

As a former sneaker pimp (don't ask) I'd say that any puma branded apparel will be good, it always has been. Their range of speed/kart/race-cat racing shoes/boots were fantastic & well worth the money.

However, remember that less is more unless you want to look like one of those guys you see at the festival of speed who are draped head to toe in official Ferrari team wear

I was there with a girl who knows bugger all about cars, she thought they worked for Ferrari.

She also asked one of the mechanics what the big vents were for on the car, to be told they were air vents. She then asked why cars needed air vents as she thought they ran on petrol, was it for environmental reasons.

The poor mechanic just looked speechless. Luckily she is very good looking :D
