Drive: Planning on dirving Angeles Crest Hwy to Palmdale cuttoff and going to pick cherries. Have lunch in Palmdale and
then drive towards Wrightwood and travel HWY 2 back to the 210. HWY 2 has been closed for almost 3 years as part of
the road slid down the hill. Work has been completed and is now open to traffic. This is roughly 150 miles from
the start point, to the end point, which is actually the same place.
TIME: Meet at 8:00 am, Sunday June 14 at the 2 and 210 just north of the 210 ( park along the curb )
BREAKFAST: at 7:00

WHAT TO BRING: Something to put cherries in after picking. Perhaps a coolier. Sissors to cut the cherries off the tree , as
the cherries will keep better if the stems are left on the cherries. You may need to eat the ones with no stems. :roll:
