Something that has been getting my attention recently is judder when slipping the clutch to pull away.
Experimenting when I release the clutch in a natural subconscious way I get sometimes two to three small judders then it takes up the drive.
If I think about and rev up to 2000rpm it pulls away ok.
Is this symptoms of the clutch delay valve that some remove on the earlier model?

Anyone done this?

Well that was worth doing. removed the CDV.
Now the clutch engages smoothly without judder.
Simple job as the valve is now installed using push connectors.
Just release two clips remove valve and reconnect and bleed.
i'll post some pics on 'how to do'.

Its very frustrating when something spoils your enjoyment of the car.
I usually end up curing all the problems, only to loose interest in the car and sell for another load of trouble!
Don't know what to suggest your problem. Tried swopping front and back wheels around, or jack the back end up and run and see if wheels wobble off load.
Find something sturdy and clamp a pencil, then run against the wheel rim, spin the wheel to see if it rotates square to shaft.
I would have thought a twenty miles per hour the wheels aren't spinning that fast.

I think mine may well be down to the DCT they replaced about two years ago. I only felt it since then. Whether its a drive shaft balance issue or the replacement DCT or something along those lines I really don't know. Not a single person I've had in the car can detect it, its very minor, but as you say, ruins it as you're aware of it or waiting for it. I'm trying to ignore it now, its very minor and the car is spot on otherwise. Oddly the reason they changed it was due to a wobble like vibration in 1st and R, thats gone but now I have similar at 20mph in 3rd.... I'm being anal about it, but there you go lol Perhaps if I actually 'used' the car to its potential it might go/bed in, or get worse either way I could sort it. Doing 8 miles a day driving like miss daisy probably isn't helping much.
