Thats actually a lot less than I was expecting it to add up to Jonny. 22 jobs for 6 grand and change?! Good plan mate!

Well mine was from new but ive neglected her last two years abit so hence the massive spend up!
I can recommend http://www.meguiars-online.co.uk/shop/product-category/polish/?gclid=CJfwnM_gk7UCFcbLtAodWXUAOQ
Choose the compound, the scratch remover from here!
And for your leather sests http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=210
Gliptone it should be!
Use a lambs wool mit to wash you car and a seperate cloth to do wheels, tyres and around and wheels arches, this will prevent scratches from grit! I also reccomend 'Renovo' to clean and then restore ur soft top if you have one!
Anything else you need mate?

Thanks mate! Is it the Meguiars Ultimate Compound for the scratches and swirl marks? Also what is the best way to apply it? Machine or by hand? I tried a couple of other products (the one was a professional one used by painters, i forgot the name as it was not mine) applied by hand and they did not remove the swirls. They just made the paint shiny. Cheers!!

Did you also try the renovo reviver? I considered using that last summer as I have a few folding marks on the roof but I read a few bad reviews (there were many good reviews as well though) and I was afraid to give it a try.

I might give renovo a try then when summer arrives then (I might try raggtop or AG first to see if it improves the condition)

The swirls must be bad as after having it detailed at a "professional ???" (i did not like his job and i payed 100 euros :headbang: ) and after waxing it twice myself they are still visible under night lights if you inspect closely. I also have 3-4 deep scratches that are still there. The previous owner was not very kind to her, i guess he wash her on machine car wash :headbang:

I will try my best to make her look like new again :driving:

Hey jonny
Looking good see why U offered advice on the polishing u have been very busy
I may have to whip to halfords for the meguires tommoz only got turtle wax seems ok but don't bead long before u have to put on again in all fairness goes on very easy and polishes of easy , that bonnet looks bloody massive to polish !
Regards rog

Go easy on the swirl and scratch though as they are mild abrasive even though they do get less abrasive as you work the product into the car (stuff like t-cut will remain abrasive the whole time not something you want)

Hi

Brake callipers are looking good, thinking of getting mine done. My Zed is maldives blue so not sure if red will suit!
Who did your brake callipers?

Wes

Execellent thanks for the tips paint seems to be in fine fettle just needs a coating of wax couple of little scratches to sort and a few little jobs like lubing roof hinges checking drains are clear etc.
Leather is in good nick as you can see from photos the drivers bolster is unmarked compared to a few newer ones I looked at !
Cheers rog
