Either get a lot more power out of your engine.
or do some sort of engine swap.
And as for finding someone who can do it. There are loads of people who can and will do either. And you have proven you have deep pockets.

I have just looked the n46 looks to be safe for forced induction. There is a S/C kit out there. And there are turbo cars out there too. So no excesses now Jonny!! Save up dig deep and i recon you could squeeze 300 horses out of that little lump!!
