:drinkwine: Ah I had honestly missed that...thanks very much chaps. I knew it was close but I've been rather self indulgent with health posts so I didn't want to make my usual fuss and keep score.
It's been great being on this forum, meeting members in person and those I've yet to have the pleasure of meeting, it's a good community, I've learned a lot about the cars we all are enthusiastic about, you're never far from an answer to a question, it's a very helpful place to visit. The lounge is my fav area, it's a place you can have a glass of something and talk crap... :lol:
There is usually something going on there, with serious discussion about current topics and also lighter silliness, makes for an interesting mixed bag. I guess the odd handbag swing is all part of it, however from other forums I've briefly visited this is a very restrained one. I think it's a testament to the place that there are quite a few 'old guard' members still here, although some aren't as active as they once were, which is a shame.
One thing that stands out is how many genuinely nice people there are on here, wether they respond to your posts or not, not everyone can like everyone, we all have different viewpoints, but from what I see it's a healthy place and good luck to it and to all members, I hope it continues to flourish and keeps giving us a focal point for our cars which is why we're all here after all.
