Well, probably showing my age but met my idol John Barnes this eve.
Said hello as we both finished our meals in a plush restaurant - first time I've done that, as normally left celebs alone. But what a lovely guy & brought back memories of the 90's.
It was a very quick hello as we were both leaving the restaurant, but he took the time to want to have a chat - top bloke & I hear he's a BMW driver which may explain why.. ;-)
